MINDFUL SPENDING PROGRAM

IN 2025

Mindful Spending is a
6-week online group program for anyone interested in gaining control over their spending.

Does your spending…

  • Feel out of control?

  • Make it “impossible” to accomplish your financial goals?

  • Leave you with feelings of guilt and regret?

  • Cause you to beat yourself up?

  • Make you to feel anxious?

  • Cause fights in your relationships?

  • Make you feel like giving up, because you don’t know how to change…so you avoid money and just say, “I’ll work it out later.”

What if…

  • You were aware of your habits and attitudes and could make them work for you?

  • You could have a healthy relationship with money?

  • You could feel confident that you were working toward your financial goals?

  • You could spend, guilt-free, on the things that matter most?

  • You had the tools to change?

  • You had hope again?

What if…you believed change was possible?

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT.

In a small group setting online, you’ll discover the money attitudes and habits that are holding you back from making your money work for you. You’ll find ways to align your spending with your values. And you’ll learn ways to save money, and change habits—so YOU are in control of your money, rather than money controlling you.

Included are weekly “spending challenges” to reinforce your learning.

The weekly challenges were really useful! They were an anchor from one week to the next and encouraged mindfulness. They reinforced what we discussed and helped me form a habit loop.

KIM MORTER

“I loved the self-assessment! Knowing my ‘habitude’ was really useful. It was validating to be able to accept my money personality and make it work for me.”

AMANDA OLSON

“I feel like my money ‘habitude’ of GIVING gets stepped on a lot. The report and the Money Loves exercise validated my emotions. And Dee is exceptionally good at meeting us where we’re at, supporting what we’re going through, contextualizing what we say, and offering helpful strategies.
