Mindful Spending Program


Being in control of your spending can mean the difference between sleepless nights with NO financial traction, and…a sense of peace, seeing your financial goals tackled, one after the other.

That’s why I’m offering this focused six-week group coaching program on Mindful Spending—examining the money perspectives and behaviors that may be holding you back from making your money work for you. We’ll look at your past, present, and future for greater awareness. And we’ll find ways to align your spending with your values so you can live well now, while also feeling more confident about living well in the future.

Specific topics include:

👊 Challenges unique to you—what situation these challenges have created, the impact this has had in your life, and what you dream of instead, if it were possible.

👊 Money personality and history. This includes a “money habitudes” online assessment. You’ll understand your relationship with money better, and learn ways to bring about positive change.

👊 Messaging in our world that impacts how you spend. What they are, how to identify them, and ways to protect yourself.

👊 Your values and how to align your spending with those values.

👊 Money “audit.” You’ll learn where to hunt for money that’s there to be found.

👊 Your “golden behaviors” (where to start)—because changing habits takes time! Also, tactics for breaking the really tough ones.

Classes will meet on Tuesday evenings, 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. MDT, 10/15-11/19. Course fee is $197 in full, or two monthly payments of $99. Sign up below.
